To achieve this goal we have implemented an integrated management system (IMS) which formalises the processes and procedures which ensure our projects are delivered to the highest possible standards of quality, safety and environmental management. Our systems will be regularly audited by third parties and our culture of continuous improvement ensures that we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Detailed below are the various accreditations that have been achieved by Westcon:

Safety Management

Our safety management system is independently certified to AS4801:2001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) ensuring that risks associated with our project works are managed, controlled and eliminated.

Certified to ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems), our method of project environmental management ensures compliance with legislative requirements and industry practices.

Westcon quality management system complies with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 and has third party endorsement. It incorporates strict procedures and protocols to ensure we deliver only the highest quality projects in accordance with our clients’ specifications and requirements.

Westcon is also certified under the Noel Arnold CM3 contractor accreditation system for WH&S and contracting responsibilities, which apply strict guidelines as ISO 9001 on how a quality company operates and maintains safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
