With 20 years of construction experience Roger has a thorough understanding of all facets of construction over all disciplines of the construction Industry.
Roger has a proven track record having worked on many of Sydney’s high profile projects offering his vast wealth of knowledge and experience to our company and staff within.
Roger’s overall experience and construction knowledge ensures that Roger possesses the ability to provide, and direct project teams from inception of project to completion ensuring projects are managed with the highest standard of experience exceeding all levels of expectation from our clients.
Having an intimate understanding of the complexities of construction, Roger has a hands on approach to each project – implementing construction methodology, strong design management, as well as solutions and techniques to provide resolutions for project complications and problems whilst constantly striving to ensure that project timelines are fulfilled within time limitations, and to an extremely high standard.
A combination of strong drive, commitment to the highest standard of work, and acting with honesty has seen strong relationships formed within the industry over the past 2 decades which continue on today.
